Third-culture curious problem solver working in New York.
From offline to internal software to ecosystems it's all about giving the extra value for the user to remember. That's what I want to design. Currently, I am a VP of user experience at Chase, card team. I’ve worked with Verizon, Canon, MasterCard, Citi, Samsung and many more.
I enjoy breaking down and problem-solving from the beginning to the end of a story. I’m emotionally invested in design and curious about how to make a seamless story between the physical and the digital world. I seek to create a safe environment for my team and make time to mentor and learn from others.
EXPERIENCE
For the past 13+ years, I have been helping clients and teams define and solve the right problem. With a background in UX/UI and motion graphics, I have in-depth knowledge of storytelling and use emotion to trigger the humans around. I am energized through my peers, my team and my family. As a mum of two I’m uncovering new challenges everyday.
